Give Up Marijuana

Either the adopt-a-highway program in Greece has gone astray, or one man
simply thought there was no need to hide his “entrepeneurial activities”.

In northern greece, a 35-year-old man was arrested this past week.
The charge? Growing marijuana on the country’s main highway in the
median strip.

42 mature marijuana plants were growing in the middle of the six-lane highway
linking Athens with Thessaloniki. The plants reached a height of up to 5.9
feet (1.8 meters). According to reports, the plants were not well-concealed.

Only a small amount of dried weed was found in the man’s apartment. Apparently
the 1-meter wide median was the base of his operation.

Next we’ll hear he was selling it to passing cars, as the freshest pot around…

We hope his customers were made aware of the carbon monoxide and other
pollution surrounding his growing environment. Maybe now they can ask for a
refund.

Brad Pitt has announced to the public, via an interview with Bill
Maher, that in his past he used marijuana. It was only when he
adopted children that he quit.

The interview on Extra TV featured Bill Maher congratulating Pitt on
his role as a “stoner” in “True Romance”, 1993 film. That’s when
Pitt acknowledged using pot in real life, by remarking, “I certainly
had my day.”

He’s starring in the recently released “Inglourious Basterds” by
Quentin Tarantino, which apparently does not have a stoner role. Pitt
apparently does not care too much.

He quit smoking pot for the benefit of his children, which are
currently at a total of 7, which includes twins.

“I’m a dad now. You want to be alert and my eyes used to glaze over
when I did that,” he said.

In the interview on “Real Time”, a reference was made by Pitt to the
past interview on the “Today” show, in which he commented on posssibly
entering the race for mayor. He said to Ann Curry, “I’m running on
the gay marriage, no releigion, legalization and taxation of marijuana
platform.”

If Brad Pitt could quit marijuana for his kids, don’t you think you
should quit for your own good. If your eyes are “glazed over” and
judgment impaired, among many other negative effects, you will be less
likely to attract a quality mate in the first place, let alone have
kids.
